As a certified sleep coach, I combine evidence-based strategies with practical lifestyle adjustments. My goal is steady, supported progress. Not perfection.

  • Before we begin, you complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire. This helps me understand:

    • Your current sleep patterns

    • What is not working

    • What you want to improve

    • Your lifestyle, stress levels, and daily rhythms

     

    You also complete a simple food and beverage log.

    What you eat and drink, and when you consume them, can significantly impact sleep quality. Often, small timing adjustments create quick wins.

    This is not about restriction. It is about balance and smarter timing.

  • We meet in person or online for a full consultation.

    During this session, I present your step-by-step sleep plan. Everything is clearly explained and realistic to implement.

    We may review:

    • Your bedroom environment

    • Your wind-down routine

    • Light exposure and stimulation

    • Stress regulation strategies

    • Daily structure and rhythms

    • Movement patterns

     

    Every recommendation is discussed together. I will never ask you to implement something that does not feel aligned or manageable.

  • You receive practical tools to support change:

    • A simple sleep log

    • A movement tracker

    • A “What To Do When You Cannot Sleep” guide

    • A personal commitment letter to strengthen follow-through

    If you use a wearable device, we can incorporate the data. If not, we keep the process simple and effective.

    This is about sustainable behavioral change, not complicated tracking systems.

  • For four weeks, we meet weekly for structured check-ins.

    During these sessions, I:

    • Adjust your sleep plan as needed
